Can't connect to MySQL

Guys, I was transferred from Lotus to Fris and now to Boru server, is there a way to connect to MySQL? Before I was asked to add something in my Remote MySQL. I can't find anything here in the support thread for Boru, I could only find the IP addresses for Fris. Thanks!
