Can't connect to Wordpress!

I have a site with Wordpress installed.

I am getting the following error:
Error establishing a database connection

I finally was able to login to my cPanel after days of fighting with it. Now this.
How might I go about fixing this or getting it fixed?

Try this:

Go to remote hosts in Cpanel and add
int.fris.x10hosting.com
