When I try to change the A record of my addon domain to CNAME record, this is what happens:

domain.com already has a SOA record.
You may not mix CNAME records with other records for the same name.

How can I cange that

domain.com A 69.175.122.178

to this one:

domain.com CNAME what.ever.com

?

Thanks for help.

Hello,

Could you please elaborate why you want to do this? If your addon domain isn't pointing at our servers, then it isn't an addon domain.

My domains name servers:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

It is registered as an addon domain.

The current settings are like this: domain.com A 69.175.122.178

So domain.com goes to the same document mybloqqz.elementfx.com goes.

Now I want domain.com to go to www.mybloqqz.elementfx.com, because that subdomain is connected to cloudFlare. In summary everything I want to do is to change the A record to CNAME record.

But whenever I try to do that, the error message I told you above appears.

You can enable CloudFlare for your addon domain too -- go to CloudFlare in cPanel, hit the [edit] link, and toggle the cloud next to your addon domain. Let me know if this doesn't work for you for some reason.
