Can't create database

hello all,
I've just signe new free hosting from 10xhosting. I'm trying to create new database for my forum. But i got this message:
MySQL Account Maintenance

Database Created
Added the database vbulletin. Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed databases.



Please help

You have the static plan, which comes with no databases. You will need to upgrade to either advanced or corporate.
