Cant create hosting account

Hi i am trying to create a hosting account and all i get is this message

An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. The error is shown below:

The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length.

My password is only 13 characters has anybody got any idea what i am doing wrong thanks in advance.

Howdy;
Try cancelling your current signup attempt and starting over.
That frequently resolves these types of issues.
