Logged in to my cPanel after quite some time. Was trying to change my PHP version but it was not allowed. Don't know if there is a change in a policy recently or something gone wrong! Wanted to raise a ticket, but no matter how many times I tried, it wasn't lodged. Are "illuminated" not entitled to raise support ticket anymore?
