Can't delete a directory

For some reason I can't get rid of a couple files deep in a directory, which is probably why that whole tree won't delete. Any effort to delete them seems to work, then they just come back.

Although this isn't a critical issue, it is kind of annoying.

Never mind ... it was a permissions problem on a higher level directory. Fixed.
