Can't delete file

Hello, I have a small problem.

I have a file I want to delete, but I can't delete it.

When I try using FTP it says that the file is not found.
When I try to delete the directory it says that the directory is not empty.
When I try to delete it through cPanel it says it's deleted but it's not.

I'm on Stoli with the domain dsiwars.x10hosting.com.
The file is /home/dsiwars/public_html/dsiChat/chatrooms/Pokémon General Discussion.txt

Please note that I did not make this file, it was generated by a script.

Try changing the permissions on the parent directory of the file to 0777 and then delete the file.

Also, I hope you remember that chat scripts are not allowed on free hosting accounts. Terms of Service

Sorry, I closed it down.

I changed directory permissions but still can't delete it, it says:
No such file or directory

I solved it with a PHP script.
