Can't enable new account

Hi, I was about to enable my account when I receive this email:

Now I am getting "you must follow a valid link to this page" when I enter that link.

When I log into my account, I am seeing this page:

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.

Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

When I place my username there, nothing happens (says the account doesn't exist?!).

Could you please check this out and please enable this account?

Okay. The account was not created; Please send me a private message, or find me on the chat with the account type, ad-free/ad-enhanced, domain, password, and email address.
