Can't enter Cpanel and administrate my web

I try to enter www.malagatenis.com/administrator to actualize my web but it's imposible. Cpanel doesn't work too. My web needs to to actualizate everyday.

What do you mean that it's impossible? Are you not able to get a login page for administrator or cPanel? Does it say login attempt failed? Are there any error messages?

The explorer doesn't show the administrator page (I use Joomla!). I am not able to get a login page for administrator and Cpanel. "Google Chrome has been unable to connect to the page".

I was able to get to your joomla login page just fine. Have you tried emptying your browser cache and flushing your computer's dns? If that doesn't work, try using a proxy service to access your pages.

The web is OK, and everyone can see the login page but I cannot see that from my home. I don't know what to do!
