Can't establish a connection to cPannel

I'm having problems being able to log into my cPannel account. The error I get on my browser after clicking on the fallowing cPanel URL - http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082 is

"can't establish a connection to the server at lotus.x10hosting.com:2082"

or

"Could not connect to host lotus.x10hosting.com (port 2082)"

I need to know what steps I can take to resolve this. Or who to inform. Thanks.

Thanks it's working now. I don't get an error message anymore and am able to login into the cPanel. Both links work too.
