cant find/access my site at all :(

Hi everyone!

Well ive come today and realised my site..has well gone.

I log in and it says something about linking accounts, i type in my username and it just says error, that username doesnt exist, my forum and hosting username is jammy780, so i dont understand.

PLEASE can anybody help!

It seems as though your site was terminated earlier on today; meaning it was suspended for 10 days or longer and you didn't request unsuspension. I'm really sorry, but the only thing I can offer is for you to create a new account - we don't make backups and as such we cannot recover your files .

Im extremely upset about this, i luckly made a copy of the website content, but not the sql which means i have lost alot of data, im not blaming you but i didnt even get an email to tell me this was hapening.

Im afraid i might move to another hosting site, but x10hosting is one of the best ive found.

I dont understand why i can stil log in, making me think my site was there. Is there anyway you can retreive the sql or not?

Sorry but we do not keep backups of the accounts. We also do not Email users about suspensions but are looking into possibly doing that in the future. We suspend between 300-500 accounts daily though and it would add quite a bit of mail going out and coming in.

You were originally suspended on: 09/02/08 at 8:53 am for inactivity.

When you signed up you agreed to the Terms of Service at http://x10hosting.com/termsofservice

In the ToS, it states you must visit the forums at least once every two weeks to keep your account active. Failing to do so your account was automatically suspended. After 10 days of no action the account is assumed to be inactive and removed from our servers.

Well thanks anyway, ive signed up again.

And ive just realised your doing an update to the cpannel and apache http server is offline oh well it will be better, thanks again BOTH of you, and all of x10hosting team.

hold on, it was 3 days ago, any idea when the servers are going to be back online ???
