Can't Find Server??

Hellow staff of x10hosting.
can you help me about my site..when i entering my site is very poor or very slow to enter to my main site and after.. its appear can't find server
how can i fix this problem thnx and advance

There are some problems with the free servers right now. They are temporary and will come and go periodically

http://x10hosting.com/login.php - Login with your forum account and go to 'Server -' to see which server you're on.

http://x10staff.co.cc/status/ - good to check if there's a server issue

Also, you're addressing x10 Staff, but this is unofficial support. If you have account issues and such in the future, use http://support.x10hosting.com/ (forum login again). If it's just a server being slow/down at random for short periods of time a day, it's just because it's unpaid hosting.

I've been having problems since last night getting onto my free site. I could access the cPanel and everything else, but could not view my website. Now I can see that the HTTP service is down. Thanks for the link.

I guess I have to wait now until it comes back up.
