Can't ftp by FileZilla

I attempt to login via ftp it can't login I use filezilla
FTP Username: viravith@www.morethailand.net
FTP Server: ftp.www.morethailand.net
FTP Server Port: 21
How should I do to ftp

What error are you getting, and make sure you set filezilla to do only 1 connection at a time or it will result in you end up with a temporary block in our firewall.

FTP Username: viravith
FTP Server: ftp.morethailand.net or morethailand.net
FTP Server Port: 21
