Can't FTP to my account

I had to set up a new account earlier today, all worked fine for a while but now I can't FTP to my site ??

Just check at your cpanel ftp section to see if you made correct settings and set passive mode to true on ftp client, if you didn't.

It was working fine a few hours ago so I don't know why it's not now, having change any settings at all.
