We are having problems connecting to the server to ftp our files. The problem started after we were suspended. We are using Fetch and Cyberduck to ftp.
This doesn't appear to be a server side issue. Just to confirm, are you using:
Host: chopin.x10hosting.com
User: your cPanel username
Pass: your cPanel password
Port: 21
