Can't gain access to cPanel - password failure

For some reason I cannot get access to my "cPanel" - the system keeps saying that the password is incorrect. My account is on the "absolut" server. Also access via FTP has also failed because of a password failure.

Are these problems to do with various account being moved from "Absolut" to another server???

Please can you let me know what is wrong.

Yes if it's being moved you won't be able to login.
