Cant get fantastico. need help

I am not getting the fantastico page. When i click on its icon on control panel, what I am getting is only the control panal icon, fantastico icon, close button. No contents are displayed.

Need help.

I can't manage to replicate the issue that you are having, maybe you should try to create a support ticket so that the admin will see this error and try to fix it.
