Cant get into Cpanel... Suspended?

I can access everything exept for my Cpanel for some reason. I have received no emails about a suspension or anything, but my password worked before and now it doesn't.

cPanel Username: getacros
Subdomain: getacross.x10hosting.com
X10 Package: Advanced
How long your account has been up: About a month
Did you have the ads placed on every page: Yes

I dont know what the problem is, it might just be my password, but theres no option to have my password emailed to me.

well yea i would, cuz even if my site is not suspended i cant seem to get into my cpanel.
