Cant get into cpanel

Ok, I cant get into my cpanel in either host:

Khaotic.pcriot.com Username: khaotic
IceScript.pcriot.com Username: khaos007

You are only permitted to have one account by the ToS. Please choose one account to keep and the other can be terminated.

Also, can you confirm cPanel still does not load for you?
