Can't get into FTP.

I know this is public support, I'm trying to see if anyone else has this problem.
I've searched the forums and I haven't found an answer. I've tried myuser@mydomain.com as the username etc... Ok, so this is what happened. FTP was working fine in the morning so I went to the dentist and left it on to upload some files for my microblog and when I came back about two hours later I tried logging in again to edit the stuff and I get this in my filezilla. It should of auto logged me out 15 minutes after the upload was done.

I am having the same trouble as well. I was able to get in via FTP last night and this morning I can not. It seems like the FTP server has gone offline :sad:
Hopefully it will be back up soon.

Stoli isn't allowing me to connect via FTP either... I've opened up a support ticket too...

I can't log onto FTP this morning either. So I am assuming that FTP is down.
I'm using x10hosting.com

I'm on stoli also. Just tried a minute ago. I still can't get onto FTP.

You may be able to connect by using sftp.

Hi:

i have the same problem, but i downloaded a program like ftp but that have the function of realize SSH/SFTP, you must configure it with the same parameters of your ftp connection, the only change is choice the SSH/SFTP function.

I hope can resolve that problem,

Port is 22 and you don't need a key if it asks for one. Only difference is that you have to go through the whole /home/*USERNAME*/public_html

Is FTP still down on stoli? I still am unable to get in. When I try using sftp it rejects my username/password.

sftp works for me. Regular FTP doesn't work right now.

I have been wanting to do work on my site here as well but I can't since I can't upload any files. They say that ftp is down on stoli but that was on the 15th. They haven't posted any updates about it since. I know this is a free service but with the service they provide how can they expect us to want to upgrade if it takes them longer than 5 days to fix the ftp and without giving us any updates as to what is going on or a potential time that it will be fixed? I can't even get in using sftp either!

cPanel's working, right? It'd take more time and just flat out suck in some cases, but it you really wanted to get stuff done, you could temporarily create new files for some things from there and copy/paste code in.

cPanel is working. I'm still using sftp currently.

cpanel is working but i can´t use FTP... i have just tried using sftp and is working...
i hope the problem with ftp will be solved soon

FWIW....I tried using the Auto Configure .REG file for FileZilla & it can't connect either.

Neither can I as I keep getting this from FileZilla using the regfile

Now, that said, I can on using another FTP client (FTP Commander), but all that does is show me one file which I can do nothing with. Here's a screenshot of that
