I have uploaded some files to my area in cpanel. to the public_html folder.
When i go to my address I just get an error page. I have index.html in the public_html folder but it won't show it online for some reason.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have used fantastico to install wordpress. it installed fine, but i still cannot access anything. I go to the admin link which fantastico told me to go to but the page does not exist.
Can anyone help me please?
Thought I would mention, this is NOT a 500 server error that others are having. It comes up like this:
If you feel you have reached this page in error, please contact the web site owner:
webmaster@anime.x10.bz
It may be possible to restore access to this site by following these instructions for clearing your dns cache.
If you are the web site owner, it is possible you have reached this page because:
* The IP address has changed.
* There has been a server misconfiguration.
