Cant get on my website

Hi what does this mean ? #1129 - Host 'int.absolut.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
and i get this on my website ? Link to database cannot be established.
it was all working 10 mins ago
