Cant get to Cpanel./pending status

The is a note in the logs of this error and that it has been patched.

I have been waiting 2 hours , not sure if that is because of backlog

or an error on my side

adding on to that, the reason it is taking so long now, i was told, is because servers are being fixed and there is a high amount of people registering at this time.
