Can't get to cPanel

I'm able to log in. I get to the page that says, "Welcome back, Freezing," and has a button that says, "Open cPanel." I press the button. I then get a message that says:

This site can’t be reached
xo7.x10hosting.com unexpectedly closed the connection.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

Any thoughts on what is going on?
