Can't get to my Control panel.

Hi, I just recently joined this website/forum and heard it was good for hosting, I signed up and have the website travzter7.x10hosting.com, But i recently changed it to my .ca website www.partymarty.ca, I changed the DNSs on my website I first bought that domain and everything looked okay, but I can't get into the control panel from travzter7.x10hosting.com:2082, nor can I get into the control panel from www.partymarty.ca:2082

Can anyone help? I got on my control Panel yesterday, but for all of a sudden, it's not letting me go to the control panel anymore.

If you can help that would be great.

By the way, what programming can you do here?

like PHP, javascript, HTML, that sort of stuff.

www.partymarty.ca works for me - of course you defined the domain as "www.partymarty.ca" which is a kinda bad idea in someways as it means that it thinks it should have www.www.partymarty.ca, however, I cant see a reason why this wouldnt be working - do you see a welcome page when you go to http://www.partymarty.ca

Nope, no welcome pages, maybe if I deleted my cache and that maybe I would see?

Sounds more like the name servers havent propogated to you yet, or your dns is cached, try flushing dns first.

If you still don't see your site, then you need to wait for your ISP's DNS to update.

Gaming, its not that, its that I can't even get into my control panel.

Depending on what page you see, Gaming is right, if you dont see a welcome page for www.martyparty.ca, then you dont have the right IP so no your cpanel wont work..

Okay nevermind, please close this thread, it has been done and I am now allowed onto my Control panel and able to make my website, thank you very much for your help, but one more question before this thread is closed, What codes are you allowed to use?

Like PHP, etc, which ones?

oh, you can do php, perl, and asp.net (I believe we have kinda beta support for ruby on rails), Im not the best person to answer that.

Its okay, just one more question, how do you get into MySQL database? i have the username and all that done, but i can't get in anything.

Edit: so x10hosting does not use AJAX?

You have to use web coding - or manually enter data via the phpmysql but then it wont show on a page if you have more coding questions please use the relevant part of our site.
