Can't get to site, cPanel or connect via FTP

Hi - I am unable to connect to my site, http://brettreplays.x10host.com/ at all - I get a message "Apache working Correctly" when I try.

cPanel doesn't load, just asks to reset password.

And I cannot connect to the FTP server with the info that is on the main page when I do login. It keeps saying Login Authentication Failed.

The reason was we actually purged accounts where there was no login made in the past 90 days (the requirement as per ToS is to login once every 30 days), but since we purged without suspending first, we allow a grace period where the accounts can be restored if asked within a week from when termination was made for these accounts.

Your account should now be sorted, please let me know if you find anything that isn't working properly.
