Can't get unsuspended or log on to CPanel

Have submitted several requests to get my account unsuspended but the following screen always reports that an error occurred. I also can't manage to log into CPanel. I'm not sure if this is a result of the suspension or not, but would appreciate confirmation if so.

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
