Can't import database. This webpage is not available.

I'm trying to import a database using myphpadmin, and every time I finished on a pave that says "This webpage is not available". It's there a solution for this??

If you're using IE then can you try using a different browser? That way there can be a more detailed error.

I'm mobile, using Chrome. This is the details of the error:

What error code does Chrome give? This would usually be the smaller grey text before the message you had mentioned.

Also, I just noticed that I have the same problem with another hosting provider.

Well, definitely is not a X10hosting issue. I connected my phone to my local server and is giving me the same error.
