Hello,

I tried to add "elgg" script to my subdomain but it didn't work, when I try connecting, it says the action_hendler.php isn't in the correct folder, but when I type ftp.anj-design.x10.mx and go to the folder where it should be, the php page is there. Could you help me to solve this?
Also, why is chopin lagging so much? It's very slow compared to boru..

Free Hosting Support at x10Hosting is provided primarily by volunteer members of the community support team. At any given moment a member of the community support team who is able to accurately answer your questions or address your particular issue may or may not be online. I am not familiar with "elgg" and cannot offer a solution to your particular problem but I am sure that if you are patient just a bit longer somebody will review this thread and offer suggestions or a solution.

I can actually solve your Elgg problem. Google the error; I'm not actually kidding, it is not an x10hosting specific error. There are dozens of posts out there on webhosts and support forums with that same error.

It boils down to Elgg not being coded very well cause it can't even install itself. You actually have to fix their code just to install it :/
