It seems I can't install wp. I'm getting "Error establishing a database connection. This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down".
I have created a database like artorius_data, a username like artorius_user, a password. I've put them in the wp-config file. Doesn't work. I've also tried supplying these values from inside the wp install page. Still the same error message.
WTF should I do? I tried this for 2 hours
