Cant installed in my root directory

hello, whenever i tried to install any script using fantastico in my root directory, i see the following message below but i have no files in my root directory, previously i have a joomla installation in it but i delete it cause i cant uninstall it in fanstastico.. have i done something wrong? can somebody help me to my problem..

The installation can not be completed:
- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors.

I have fixed the issue. You should be able to install the new script. When you uninstall a CMS from fantastico remember that you must check the show all hidden files box (when you click on file manager) to see the .fantasticodata folder. That will have to be deleted before you can install a new cms.

thank you, i can install again in my root directory.. however i cant installed any extension of joomla in my site.. what should i do?

How long ago did you upgrade to intermediate PHP?

What errors are you getting?

i just upgraded yesterday.. anyway thx, i can installed now.
