Can't 'link account'

As in the topic - I can't link my account. I've been inactive here for a few months, so I lost my cPanel account, I belive that's the reason, am I right?

What can I do now to start my free hosting once again?

Hope this will help somehow - my old cpanel login was 'agnor' w/o quotes of course [;

agnor.exofire.net was my first adress but due to inactivity I lost it. Now I'm trying to signup once again but I keep receving the same msg abt error occured.
