cant link accounts

I log on and when i try to go to the Cpanel it ask me to link my account but when i enter the username i use for the forums it mentions that it does not exist(it does since im using it ti write this post)
What can I do?????

The username & password you enter to login at: http://x10hosting/account is your FORUM username and password.
It then asks you for your HOSTING (cPanel) username, to link it to your forum account.

What's your cPanel username?

Your account was terminated. The reason is:
Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

You may signup for a new account if you want to.

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.
