can't link hosting account

I am unable to see your account in the back end.

I am moving this to level 2 support so a admin can check what happened to the account.

Okay. I see you've had an account since Sept. 2007, And it wasn't linked. Your account after 2 weeks was suspended, and shortly after that went into termination. We have to constantly terminate 'inactive' accounts to keep room on our servers for new clients. You're more than welcome to signup again, And once you do post on here if you are unable to link your account. If you do choose to signup again, logout of the forums prior to doing so by clicking the logout button above.

Can you delete this account? I want to create a new one with the same e-mail.

we dont delete forum accounts, you can use the same one or make a new one.
