Cant link my cpanel and forum account

Hi everybody!

Im trying to link my cpanel and forum account, but I'm unable to do it...
I followed all the steps I have the same email and username in cpanel and in the forum. I have updated them yesterday, but I still cant link them!

My account was suspended and I had to unsuspend it to try again, but all my tries where for nothing.

How can I update that? I need help, I don't want to get my account suspended or deleted.

How can I do that?

I cant send PM to admins... They told us not to do it.

I tried again today, but I get the same error that I got yesterday.

"An Error Has Occurred

What can I do??
