Can't link to Cpannel

Hi, my Cpannel usarname is (firedevi), and my domain is sdd.exofire.net, i tried to link my Cp username, but it just doesnt work, please help

Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

It was suspended for over 10 days without resolution.
