Cant link to my domain name

I have pointed the domain to the name servers, the problem is when i go to my x10 hosting account and change the domain name to downloadjunk.com then go to view status it says error i clcik resubmit it still says error. This is the full message of what it says:

A change to your hosting account's primary domain. result
A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: 1E9F63B0

Your error's not related to that - that thread is dead by 2.5 months and is no longer valid cause the server move is done.

That said I'm not sure what -is- causing the issue, I just know it IS a valid issue still.
