Can't load Cpanel login page

Hello, I'm still unable to load the cpanel login page... it just times out. I have tried

http://cpanel.kolaporeuplands.x10hosting.com

as well as port 2082 and port 2083 on stoli

but nothing works. Meanwhile I can still load my website, except today but I notice there's some other stuff going on with the stoli server today.

Also, I just tried flushing the DNS cache (/etc/init.d/nscd restart) but that didn't work either.

Hmm try loading cPanel through this proxy: http://www.hidemyass.com A common issue with cPanel occurs if your ISP/Firewall is blocking Port 2082 or 2083.

Also try http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082

The cPanel login loads fine for me.

OK thanks for the suggestion and I think you are correct. I have been in the habit of updating the website from my work computer and it seems the institution has moved to block those ports sometime in just the past couple months.
