Can't load website

Hi, I've been trying to load my website for awhile. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what.. I tried to clear cookies, cache, etc. Also flushed my DNS. I tried accessing my site through a popular proxy service, and got this error: "name lookup timed out"
