Can't log in cPanel using the account pass

Can't log in cPanel using the current account pass. Whereas the pass is working quite well for forum and account.

My log in ID is bangla. Please help me.

That didn't work. I did reset my a/c pass at the aforementioned address. Still can't log into cPanel. Would any administration incharge reset the cPanel pass for me? Please ...

Actually I've plan to go for paid hosting with this a/c just before I'm ready to launch my site, shortly. With all your help only I may stick to my schedule.

Use the password Scott sent you.
Also, make sure you are logging in with a lowercase username.

Already replied your PM Chris. The funny thing is with Scott's pass I can log in with lowercase only. Using uppercase log in is denied. Any way the case is resolved and I'm happy
