Can't log in or reset password

Hi!
My account has been suspended and I cannot log in in my account as I have not received the email to reset my password.

I've read this is a problem with mail.com server and x10hosting... so, could I provide another email to solve this?

Yes, there has been a few instances where the mail have not reached the destination when using mail.com addresses.

First step would be double checking so it has not ended up in spam, or if the interface is searchable, you could try searching for x10hosting which should have them come up if they are somewhat hidden (it appears that some mails have gone through when I replied the users from my x10 email address).
Optionally, if possible, you could try to enter x10hosting.com as trusted and retry the reset with your current email address.

If that fails, please send me an email FROM the email address on file to anna @ x10hosting.com (remove spaces obviously, I purposely make it unclickable) and let me know what address you want me to set instead.

I have changed the email address on file for your account according to information in the email you sent me.
