Can't log in to account on starka

Dear Support Person: I had a suspended account on starka which I reactivated a few days ago (Domain: thornhillgreens.x10hosting.com, account: thogreen).

When I try to login to the cPanel it rejected my username thogreen and the password I've set (and reset).

Is there something you need to do on your end? I'd like to upload the website again.

I have restored your account, please allow 24 hours for it to become fully operational again. After 24 hours if you still have issues either re-open this thread or create a new one. You can re-open this thread by clicking on the "Administrative" text at the top of the original post.
