Can't log in to account page or forums

My friend's x10Hosting account (tanner24 - tanner.x10hosting.com) is having problems. He cannot log into the forums (which is why I'm posting this) or the x10 account page, yet can log into cPanel and FTP. He tried the password used when he signed up, but to no avail.

I've found the problem - we were using the wrong login name. :happysad:
