Apparently, there is a new log in screen to cPanel. You have to answer a security question also. I have tried several days and several times to log in. When I do I get the following problem:

securely to chopin.x10hosting.com:2083, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
I can not see the three options at the bottom of the page, so I am unable to proceed.
I am also not able to log in to the Account Management. (my site is up)
***UPDATE*** I finally got into cPanel. I had to clear cache, resize the window and go to full screen view. I was then able to see the three options. I clicked on the last option. It opened below but I was unable to see it. I had to use the tab key to get to the option button to accept.
I logged out and logged back in without a problem. It did not give me the Untrusted Connection error.
I am still not able to log into the Account Management System.
