Can't log in to cPanel

Hi,

I migrated my data to a new computer recently and am still getting things in order. Looks like X10 Hosting is one of the last on my to-do list.

I can log in to my account and get to the forums, as you can see

The difficulty is in accessing my cPanel. My old password is being rejected. But I can't request a new one. When I do, I'm sent back to the member login.

Anybody know how I can get into the cPanel? TIA!

i had the same problem a few mins ago.

i was able to log into the forum, and then i logged into my account... also no problem. but when i checked my details, i noticed that i was suspended for inactivity :redface:

i went through the process and was able to log in within a few minutes.

I'm in! I hadn't noticed the link to change my cPanel password, mainly because the page is a mess in my browser, Firefox.

But all is well now :lockd:

It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every two weeks to keep your account active
