Cant log in to cpanel

I am not able to log in to cpanel using my username and password. I have even changed my password in the account panel, but the cpanel still will not let me in. My username and password has always been the same for both panels, and yet now I'm unable to log in. Please help

Check your caps lock key. Also use http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 to try directly to the server.
