Can't Log in to Cpanel

I'm afraid it's the passwords that messes things up. So I changed all my passwords, they are all the same now. Still, I can't log in to cpanel. I need to back up my files as well as the mysql.

Also, I noticed that on the mail sent to me, it used to be aviary.x10hosting.com now it's choppin.x10hosting.com. I went to aviary.x10hosting.com and surprised that it's not available now.
