can't log in to cpanel

Won't let me log in to cpanel.
I click hosting on x10hosting.com/control then i click log in to cPanel and it just says: Login Attempt Failed!
why?

Try to login there http://fhdj.elementfx.com:2082

If it is not working too, then reset your cPanel password by doing these steps.
Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
