Can't log in to cPanel!

I've been trying to log into my cPanel but it won't work. I used to have an account, and cPanel worked then. Now I can't get on.

I've tried logging in with pixellector and melifay (my account username). I know the password is right; I check ed about a million times before I tried logging in a third time.

pixellector.pcriot.com loads fine for me.

Have you cleared temp files / cookies and flushed your DNS??

Actually, I have no idea what a DNS is. o.o But no, I haven't cleared my temp files yet.

Clear your cache and temporary files and make a flush of your DNS before trying again.
To flush your DNS go to: Start > Run > type "cmd" > on the CMD type "ipconfig /flushdns".

After doing this try again.
